Welcome from our CEO

It is both an honour and a privilege to lead our Trust and our wonderful family of schools.

Having supported a variety of schools and worked as a School Improvement Partner across a range of Trusts, I have seen first-hand the difference that great leadership, collaboration and a shared commitment to children can make.

I am proud to lead our community of dedicated staff, governors, trustees, children and families, united by a passion for inclusion and success for all. Together, our schools create happy environments where trusted relationships are formed, every child is valued, challenged and supported to achieve their very best.

We work together and learn from one another. Our values of Collaboration, Ambition, Inclusion, Innovation and Trust being at the heart of everything we do.

We support each other creating opportunities that inspire ambition and make a lasting difference to the lives of every child.

Donna is CFO for the Beam Trust, working closely with Lisa Peacock and the School finance teams, whilst also providing support to the CEO.

Victoria is the Trust Administrator (part time). Victoria also works at Thelwall Infant School and Nursery as an Admin Assistant.

Rebecca is the Trust Finance Assistant. Rebecca works closely with the CFO and the Schools finance teams.

Lisa runs Lighthouse Education Consultancy. She provides advice on strategic financial issues.
